question from a mod noob with big dreams

Is it possible it intergrate an excel sheet into a ui? and if so, can it be edited from with in the game or will i have to edit the excel sheet its self? and also, is it possible to gather info and prices from the broker window and have them updated on the excel sheet, of in the mod? or is that against the rules? thanks in advance!
