Funny I stumbled upon this timer a while ago myself and wondered why there seems to be no mention of it or instructions for it. There is mention of it though, in the Credits section:

* Credits go to mother9987 for the excellent Timer window distributed with this mod.

And the link to the timer download itself plus instructions can be found here .

It's pretty handy and not always as complicated as the instructions make it seem. I used it to time AE's once in a while before I learned how to do that with Advanced Combat Tracker.
