chat windows on second monitor

There are damage and combat real-time parsing programs (example ACT) that read off the log files, wouldn't it be nice if someone made a parsing program that would allow us to display different chat windows on a second monitor?
I understand we would still need one chat window open in eq2 UI in order to talk and reply but it sure would clean up a lot of real-estate.
