Zoning with working UI

Some time ago I discovered a quite old but still good mod - "Mook Full-function Zoning". It gives me a full access to all my interface pieces - chat, info center, etc. - while I'm zoning.

It's cool, but it has 2 significant disadvantages: it shows all interface pieces chaotically scattered across screen at first load and it hasn't "finish" button when starting video (at first load to Isle of Refuge) is played. The second disadvantage is even more important, than first one.
I'd tried to repair it myself, but it seems that I have a lack of mastery to do it.

Can anybody help me - by deed or by advise at least?
