Stuck at "updating enviroment map"

Not quite sure why that is but I can't load EQ2 anymore.
The login stops at the "updating environment map" and nothing happens - I just keep seeing the background art..

Anyone know what the problem is here and how to solve this! :/

I would be very thankful for answer - thanks in advance.
