Is it possible to disable abilities "graying out" while casting?

Hi!

I find it a little distracting that whenever I'm casting any spell all my spells on hotbars become "grayed out". Since I have quite a few hotbars visible it produces a noticeable "blinking" and it is also more difficult to see spells recast timers when they are "grayed out".

Myself I think that casting bar and casting animation is enough for me to see that I currently cannot use any other ability (and I know about queueing btw ), so I'd like to get rid of this "abilities gray out while another spell is being cast" effect.

Does anyone know of UI option or mod that could disable this behaviour? I suspect that if it can be modded to be "disabled" it might also affect other situations (e.g. when you can't cast due to a debuff, for example), but I still would like to try it.

Any suggestions?
