Inventory Tracker

Would anyone know how or be able to write an add-on program that would track all inventory (personal, bank, vault) that any given character has in-game? Perhaps something that would write into a .txt file in the game directory with the character name listing the name of each item and its quantity... I think MANY people would be overjoyed at a little program like this and that it would be a VERY popular add-on, not to mention useful.

An example of why:
Recently, I moved a LOT of inventory from one acct character to another acct character. Later, I found that 3 strong boxes and all of their contents have disappeared completely. I have submitted a petition in-game, but am less than confident of what the results will be (given SOE's history of customer service).
