Tradeskill Pop-up

The tradeskill item creation popup-
My understanding is that this window cannot be stopped from popping up. Would it be possible, as a workaround, to make it into a sort of main inventory window - ie, keep multiple copies from spawning and just have one open all the time that refreshes with new item creation? Also, could someone please tell me what .xml file this is? I'm guessing eq2ui_examine.xml maybe?
