EQ2MAP_Updater.exe - Application Error!!!

Help I just downloaded this map updater and I created the ini file like the directions say. I pasted the code inside of it and I also made a new file (bobsui) in the everquestII folder. The icon (EQ2MAP Updater) is on my desktop and when I click on it, an error message comes up:

EQ2MAP_Updater.exe - Application Error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.



I really want to use this, but I cant get this to work.. can somebody PLEASE give me some advice? I cant find any threads on this anywehere else. Thanks..
