Memory Leaks and Saving xml file

I just downloaded and installed UIBuilder. I ran the application and have 2 Questions.

1) After make changes to "eq2ui_mainhud_shutdown" the application ask if I want to save my work. I replied Yes and tried to exit. The Save screen request re-appeared asking if I want to save. I finally answered No to exit the application. However, the changes were saved.

Is this the correct way to exit the Application?

2) After running the application I discovered a New File in the Directory for UIBuilder. The file was named memleaks.txt. I opened the file and these are the first few lines of the 528KB text file:

Is this a problem from the installation? How do I correct this problem?
