Quick Question

I have researched this myself w/ no luck....

I just switched from OCD (no longer seems to be updating) to Serinity....I love the new UI. One of my favorite things about OCD was that during zone loading, you still had access to inventory, chat screens, etc. I was wondering if there was a patch or a specific file that I could install to make this happen w/ my new UI. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
