Tooltip Window?

OK, if I'm right, the tooltip window is the popup window you get when you mouse over the items you're inspecting, correct? If that's correct then I hate to tell you this but my UI works fine. The only thing I can suggest is that you completely make sure 'eXtreme' is uninstalled... then run the install for v2.17.1

Something must have gotten corrupt when you ran the install is the only thing I can think of.
