Extreme UI Vendor issue

I loaded Extreme UI and it's awsome!

The only issue I have is that I caanot sell or repair at vendors. It only allows me to buy. I click the "sell" and "repair" buttons but nothing changes it just leaves the screen at buy.... any ideas?
