Question UI Builder and Targeting

So, I successfully got UI Builder up, can see all the windows, can resize things and change text and all. I am xml illiterate (but can open the xml docs in FrontPage and can decipher some of the code).

What I am trying to do is "mix" the advanced (arrow system) with the simple (frames system) for targeting. The end goal of this is to have everything be the same as the default look, but I want frames as well as the little arrows to show how many ^^^'s or vvv's.

So far I tried to edit the image file with the photoshop plug-in but because the default method has more delineations of difficulty of enemies, this didn't produce desired results (i.e. arrows have from vvv to ^^^ (7 levels) while frames has only 3 (I think) not including raid mobs).

The thing that I think I am either missing or messing up is that when I look at the picture for the target in the UI I guess preview on the right, I see only the frames and can’t find the default. Now I think that the V1 information is for frames and V0 is for default, but I am not sure. I tried to test this by copying information from V0 to V1 but I didn't see any positive change toward my goal. So far I am just confused on that one.

Can anyone who may have an idea on what I should do or an approach I should take help out? Also, if anyone knows where the info for the default and simple frames are could you let me know. Also, if there is more documentation or walkthroughs other than the word doc that comes with UI builder and the excellent one that tonyis3l33t made in another post (which was able to get me this far), I would appreciate it very much if you would let me know where can read up some more.
