Help: My skill window only shows combat skills, please someone help me on this

i use

map mod
fetishquest journal
70% smaller hot keys



I can get skill window to show tabs at all, all i see is combat skills and nothing more, i have ran thru laods of posts and changed loads but still nothing works please can anyone throw some advice at me
