Hiorizontal Maintained Spell Window mod

Currently I'm using an add-on of Finderato's Maintained Spells Window (http://www.eq2interface.com/download...fo.php?id=3745)

I love the look and feel of it with the icon, duration and target name. However I really would like the same thing in a smaller (2/3 size) and above all, horizontal format. What I'm picturing is a 2 deep list that stretches Horizontally to the right which would let me keep it at the top of the screen under my group window which is my preferred placement.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
