two issues that maybe you can help with

okay, first..the house access window. I can't get into my house due to upkeep. I own just the basic inn that I got once I did the betrayal. (and yes I did relenquish my other house) I was able to enter and leave as I pleased. Then came the upkeep and now I cant even pay the stupid thing. I noted on my window that it says a) UPKEEP: [DEVL] what is that? and b) that my upkeep is 2gp and 200 status?!? Is my guild house somehow interfering with my house? (see pic)



Next, the skills window..everything is black so I cant see what my skills are...anyone else having this problem?



any known mods out there that can fix this or are made?

edit: forgot to mention that the ui I am running is tyejae steel (the basic one not the bottom one)
