My turn for a sketch

I got inspired by my favorite group UI, Arcane, and decided to see what I'd get by working off of that. I now have sketches (just at that stage) for a player window, target and implied target, compass, exp + zone + time, and casting bar.

a) For someone who's familiar with graphics and html / cold fusion, would this be feasible to do?

b) Thoughts for improvement?
