Making Mook Message Popup remember placement?

Hope this is the right place. Mook Message Popup here (i.e. the click-through pop-up messages) isn't remembering its moved positions for me. Everytime I restart the game, this message pop-up window jumps back to the same default position.

Is there a way to make it remember it's positioning?

PS: I love this mod. And the 3-in-1 hotbar, and the pet, and...
