[OLD] Troubleshooting. Thread

ok, I see that someone earlier has said something about the problem
" The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

I dont know too much about computers.. but is there a way you could possibly tell me what i need to do to fix this problem?
