Laffs, Im 99% sure that you can't force the effects to do squat, and prolly because we have no dynamic data for it. Since there is no dynamic data for it, everything is pushed in from the server and thus ignores everything we tell it, like a bad step child

Until they give us some form of dynamic data, I think we are STUCK

Its like the bloody target windows, no?
