Embedding Hotbars in Other Windows

Is it possible to embed hotbars within other windows to give more hotbar capacity than the hotbar windows give on their own?

Or, alternatively, is it possible to reference individual existing hotbar containers so you needn't have many hotbars open but one window to contain them all (even if that requires opening the hotbars to set them up initially)?

I hope that's not too unclear...
