EQ2 auto updater problems

I have installed the eq2 auto updater and made the file you recommended..eq2.ini but I keep getting this error message:

Error Getting File List:
The underlying connection was closed: The proxy name could not be resolved, verify correct proxy configuration.

Does anyone know what I should do? Keep it simple, I"m not a computer wiz, lol
