Question about map updater

This is probably (ok, i'm sure it is) a stupid question, but my hubby is out of town on business so I can't easily ask him (which I usually do). Anyway, I downloaded the .net thing and installed it, then installed the updater and it all works just wonderfully But, I now have two accounts on my computer at start up. Mine (admin), and one called ASP.Net Machine...or something like that. Is that part of the .net program I downloaded and installed, and is it ok to delete that account so just my account is on the computer?
