Target window with aggro indicator (not a colored border)

I am colorblind and seeing the red border around an aggro mob name can be difficult for me.

I don't think the name that appears above a mob can be changed, if it could, that would be the perfect solution, but I don't think it is possible.

The next best would be an indicator in the target window. Maybe an "*" when it is aggro or an angry face or SOMETHING. I know I can mouse over the target window and look for the text that says the mob is agressive, but I was hoping for something I could detect easier on the fly by just tabbing through visible targets.

I have not seen this in the target window UI section yet... Does it exist and I missed it? Is it possible?
