Blank windows???

Ok I know about the mailbox fix's and I have done them. I have Yafs UI installed and have removed the "examine" file as told. I also added the 2 mailbox's ref. to the "mainhud" files and copied the 2 files into my Yafs directory.

However when I try to view the mailbox it is just a black box. I can select the close button in the upper left even though I can't see it but nothing else seems to be targetable. Any Ideas what I may have done wrong?
