Multiple Characters

Hi All! Great resources. Contract just ran out, so I may just have to load a few of the xml and edit... or even <gasp!> play with the uibuilder Sony gave us. (Sidebar, any preference from the folks who play with these??)
I run multiple toons. They have different needs. My Coercer doesn't need the Tracking window my Brigand uses anymore than the Shadowknight ( I hope for the future on her.... ) needs a large easy maintained buffs window.
In EQ1, yes I know the mantra, but old habits die hard... I could specify a different UI folder for each toon to fill this need.
Is there a concurrent method for me to implement here? The eq2.ini file makes a global change, and while some elements would be a global desire, like the exp bar or bag/bank mods... I do have a couple specific needs. Any one???
