UI graphic issue

Hi guys,
1st i want to express my tnx to tknarr 4 maintaining this UI

now on to my issue
i run profit with 1 of the old black variant so not complaining here i know i'm the 1 to be blamed

anyway since GU 67 (66? maybe) my main window looks a bit odd
as u can c (there is no other window that might be open behind it i checked ) >



i thought that might be happening due to an old DDS file but i couldn't find any with that element in it
(i might have missed it, i'm not that good with that sort of things)

was wondering if any1 can point me in to what might causing this,
