Default Losing Target Arrows when turning off Spell Effects

I really love the ability to use the Menu button to quickly turn on and off features. However, when I use the toggle for removing Spell Effects, I also lose my target arrows. Is there any way to remove spell effects and still keep my target arrows? I really need them no matter what the situation. Where as spell effects are fine for soloing, but nasty in a raid/group scenario. If it can't be a feature, where can I find the option in game to do this for myself?

thanks

Unfortunately, I don't think there is anyway to use both options at once.

I can recommend going into Particle Effects options and setting Max Spells per Character to 0. Set Particle Level of Detail to (Min, Close, and Off) for the bottom three.

You could then save this as a option preset and normal settings to another one, to toggle between.
