Appearance tab not working

I am unable to get things to drop into the appearance tabs of my profile/inventory page. Whenever I try to drop a item [ie cloak], it makes a sound like I dropped it in there or a error like sound, as to be saying "uh, no." Either sound it makes, the item does not equip.

I would really like to use this feature, and would love to do it without giving up my profit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

only time ive had that problem is when i had a serious blond moment and forgot you have to be lvl 20+ to put items in the apperance slot .You are lvl 20 + ?

LOL ok that's the problem...sorry I am new to the game and had no idea it had a level requirement.

guess good thing is....I'm not alone. lol
