Uninstall Problem

I apparently can't use UIs on my computer but my problem is that I can not uninstall it. It's not in my add/remove programs place and I tried that java thing and it doesn't show anything about it. Can someone give me some details?

Also I tried to manually uninstall it and now it is all messed up. I can't even play the game due to the mess ups after trying to do it manually.

go to your eq2 folder and delete eq2.ini
