Unzip?

Hello I've downloaded the EQ2 map auto updater. When completed it shows the file as a default file icon when I double click on it, it will ask what program do i want to open it with.... I have read in the FAQ and from the forum trouble shoot to see if they covered this problem...and I didnt see it. Only thing I could figure out was that they referred to it as a Zipped program and since I have the stanard Windows Zipper I it didnt show up so i went along to downloading Winrar...and still it doesnt know what file it is.

I'm using Browser= IE 7.0
Download program= Download Accelerater Plus

Any help would be great.

Start Winrar and try to unzip the file from there.
