EQ2Map ERROR UPDATE; maddening

I haven't been able to update my maps since March. This occurs on any computer used to update maps (i.e lap top or regular computer).
I would REALLY, REALLY appreciate a computer doctor to help with this since my knowledge of computers is very limited. I keep getting this error when using the auto update:
