How to unistall eq2 map from Profitui
I would like (for non-disclosed reasons) to disable EQ2 map and use SOE's maps.
I have deleted the eq2map directory and also removed eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml from my profitui directory. But I am still getting eq2maps. More specifically, I am getting the default map that you get when eq2map does not have a map of that area. What else should I do to delete eq2maps? Something in an .ini file? Regards, ~Penstar |

Actually deleting eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml from the ProfitUI folder should be enough. Alternatively just do a clean install of ProfitUI, since ProfitUI does not include EQ2MAP anyway.

You are not running the updater after you remove eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml are you or before you play the game?
