Extra files in 3.3 zipfile UI directory
In the 3.3 zipfile, in the UI directory (in UI itself, not in UI/ProfitUI) there's some extra files:
_ProfitUI_Browser_Bookmarks.txt eq2ui_examine.xml eq2ui_inventory_inventory.xml eq2ui_mainhud_browser.xml eq2ui_tradeskills.xml These weren't here in the 3.2 zipfile, and they look like versions of files in UI/ProfitUI. Are they duplicates, old versions, or newer versions that should be copied down into UI/ProfitUI?

Nope, they were accidentally copied to that directory by me, just delete them.
