Hotbar mods not showing the full list of right click options?

Ive been using Dragowulf's hotbars (here ), however i logged in after a quite lengthy absence and found that i wasnt getting the full list of right click options on the hotbar, for example i could not close or open new hotbars.

I tried the other hotbar mods there, and they all seem to be giving me the same problem, id hate to have to revert to the masses of dead space that is the default hotbars, so id be very grateful if anyone can tell me how to fix this?

The problem is that it's necessary to right-click in the deadspace surrounding the IconBank to get the full menu. Most hotbar mods reduce this to a single pixel or eliminate it entirely. Try clicking on the very top/left of the top/left edge.

Or resize the hotbar temporarily to show an open space somewhere and right click in that section. Resize the hotbar back to normal once your done. I have to do this with the mod I'm using.
