Default Chat Window Filters and NPC Quest Text.

I have just recently started playing EQ2 and have begun fooling around with my interface to get something more to my liking.

Just recently I have been trying to set up a second chat window to hold my most important and relevant chat messages, group, tells, basically stuff that is mostly likely to be immediately relevant and directed at me.

However when I set up the window I immediately found that quest NPC text was going into this window. I found that very annoying, because I have been doing a lot of quests, and the quest NPCs tend to be very wordy, and basically they are spamming up the window, when quest NPC text spam was my biggest reason for creating a new window.

Judging by the coloration, it seems that the quest NPC text is filtered along with /tell? Is there a way to filter the quest NPC text to a seperate window from tells? If not, is there a way to turn it off entirely?

Default

Private Chat -> Non-player tell
Private Chat -> Object text

Chat text -> Nearby chat -> NPCSay

Shoulder cover the majority of NPC stuff.
