Default Broker Search (drag-n-drop)

Is it possible to allow drag -n- drop of item icons into the search box for the broker.

Similar to the way you can drag -n- drop the icon into the chat box and get the name to appear as a link.

This would really speed up searching for items that I am wanting to sell.

Can you at least have a combobox with all the previous searches?

Probably not, as it would likely have to be data supplied by Sony from the backend.

This might be possible, but it'd be a per-session thing as there is no way to save the data between sessions.

Even if it is possible to do, it'd be a lot easier for SoE to implement it on the back-end. I might take a look at trying it because I frequently look for the same thing on the broker and the fence before buying and it would make things easier. No promises, however.

Just an update if you're still interested, I've successfully got the broker saving the last search you made (except for the coin limits). Now that the idea works, I shouldn't have a problem extending it a few searches.

Would the last 3 searches be enough? The more I have it make, the more code it requires, so I want to keep it to the smallest useful amount.

I could have a beta interface of the broker soon, but the default one is so gigantic that I'm going to shrink it before doing a final release. Maybe I'll start with fetish or something and add the most recent searches. I've always liked the look of his stuff.

Anyhow, the short version is progress is being made.

Ended up using Valdacil's Market Window as it was the prettiest...
