old knowledge window pre lu14

Is there any reason that the old knowledge window (pre LU 14 ) would crash the game. Also why does the default window (new) show up when the only xml in the folder is the old window xml ?

These are all the changes made from the old book (left) to the new one (right). So yes its possible it could crash EQ2 or EQ2 could just not load the window when/if it error checks the file.
