Port DeltaX From EQ1

This is kind of a huge request, but I figure if someone doesn't ask it won't happen. My favorite UI from EQ1 was the Delta UI by Tekyn. It looks like the lastest version is called DeltaX.

I would humbly request that some skilled developer bring DeltaX to life in EQ2.
