File alrdy exsists?

i was trying to upload a new mod that i made and after i do all the required info steps it says that the files alrdy exsists?
what does this mean...that i need to rename it or what?

Yes you need to rename the zip file. Some one else already has a file with a name like yours in that category you tried to upload to.
