Something that flash's for Tells/GSay

Hello, I would like to ask if it is possible to add a type of Flash to this UI? I am deaf and miss a great deal of tells and gsay because of this. Many people claim I just ingnore them when I am not. So I was wondering if you could help me by letting me know how I can fix this with a flash of light or blinking mode that would let me know when someone has something to say to me (tells, gsay, etc.). I have a light in my house that flashes when someone is at the door. Just wondering if something along this line could be added?

SOE would need to add support for this. ATM I don't think there's a script event for tell recieved.

As Zonx said we cannot mod it. You could however just add a separate tab for tells to your chat window. If it does not have focus it will light up when a new tell is received.
