How do I make this ui fit my monitor

I use this UI and love it, but how do i get it to fit my 17 inch monitor, so it will show me all of the botrtom and top bars with out them being overlapped,i just want them to fit. Please help me I have tried to do what I know and that has not worked. Thanks in advance!

Did you follow the installation instructions?

What resolution do you play at?
