ui target help please :(

OK hopefully I attached that right but that is my UI file I have modifyed, my problem with it is that in detail arrows theres a huge space between the buffs and the target window but not on simple frames, I am not that great of a UI maker so I have no idea what would cause this any help would be much apreciated.
