SOE Login Issues - 12-Dec-2006

Hi, folks - Starting a new thread to call attention. Mods, hope you don't mind.

Just checked with ops, and we have an internet issue that's being investigated/worked on right now. Sorry that I don't have more info for you. Called from home and only got a brief report.

Essentially, anything that requires logging in (forums, games, etc) isn't talking right now.

Obviously, it's the sole priority at the moment.

Thank you for the update Scott. It's nice to see someone from SOE go out of their way to post such information on an outside website. Keep up the good work and best of luck.

Yes, thank you and it's much appreciated that you found the time to break away to alert your customers as to the problem

I think it's great that you recognize the 3rd party sites and distribute the information there as you did.

WOW!! Im really impressed. Thank you so much, Scott. I would have never found this out, because I cannot even get on sony's home page atm.

Though it was a problem on my end.

Nice one indeed, pretty much worked it out for myself as I couldnt log on eq2 or SWG, SOE need to put something on the forums though

I am also having the same problem... not being able to log in. Thanks so much for the update, as we are anxiously awaiting to play. It's a day off and we really wanted to play! lol

Thanks for the update. I've been worried my ISP had botched something when I couldn't log on to either EQ2 or even EQ2Players.com.

I'll just try again tomorrow.
