LF - Effects window with spell name

I recently lost all my Eq2 mod files and had to go on a big UI hunt. I'm currently looking for a Spell Effects window that has the name of the spell to the right of it. The window featured small icons (2/3 size i think) and was resizable/expandable. I've checked the downloads section but can't find it. (Unless, I missed it in my half-dead state) Anyone know if there's an Effects mod like that still available?
