Examine Window : Relative Modifiers

Don't know that this is even possible, but if it is I think this would be really helpful : A section at the bottom of the Item Examine window that would show you what changes to your stats you would get by equiping the item being examined in place of the item currently in that slot. IE, if I am wearing a +4wis, +20 health tunic and I examine a tunic with +2 str, +2 wis, +40 health, the line at the bottom would read +2 str, -2 wis, +20 health.
