Large/Resizable Windows for HDTV Use?

My wife plays on a 60" hd screen but at native resolution some of the windows are tiny. Many can be easily resized some are very difficult to deal with at 1920x1080 (the target window and quest helper window are two in particular that are hard to see clearly). Is there either a good UI or collection of windows with larger fonts and such you all might recommend?
