Cursor Color Change?

Greetings! I have been playing EQ2 since release and EQ1 before that. I was not that young when I started and now my eyes are not quite as sharp as they once were. My problem is that when I'm playing, especially in PvP, sometimes I have trouble seeing my cursor, especially if the background is similar in color. I would LOVE a way to change the size and color of my cursor...an effect of some kind would be cool too...anyway, just an idea.

i dont thnk its possible at the moment. However Rothgar said its on the list of things they want to add.

Options...user interface...cursor

Check Software Cursor and adjust the size.

To my knowledge the color is unable to be changed at the moment but larger should help visibility.

Ill be. when did they sneak that in? Its gotta be new.. but i dont recall seeing it on any patch notes.

I think with this last update (a week or so ago) but I am not 100% sure.

I don't think I can get used to it being done by the game. EQ2's framerates for raids make it pretty bad.

I still don't know why they won't go with external *.cur files instead of internal ones.
