Broker buy button missing

well, this happened to most of my characters but not all of them. It sometimes disappears, and comes back, but for my main, its cut off. I also can't change my prices, its cut off at the bottom. I've attached a screenshot of it to the forum. How do i fix this?

It looks like some other window is laying over the bottom half. Like a browser or map window. I would say rename your servername_charnam_settings.xml file and start with a fresh one.
